Apprenticeship placements at Shrewsbury Town Football Club give young people aged 16 and over the opportunity to earn why they learn and are available across all aspects of the organisation including Primary Education, Football Development, Health & Wellbeing, Facilities and Business Administration.
Placements will play an integral role in developing our future workforce with dedicated mentors to assist their learning and performance.
Apprentices at Shrewsbury Town are contracted to work a minimum of 30 hours per week for Shrewsbury Town from 1st August 2022, where they will gain unrivalled, real-life experience within a thriving and forward-thinking organisation.
Apprentices will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a range of projects and programmes across Shropshire with the potential for responsibilities to increase through the apprenticeship placement depending on qualifications and experience.
The apprentice must be committed to their own professional development, utilising opportunities to learn through various pathways including courses, qualifications, mentorship and experience.
